We highlight the strategic role of women as scientists, both from the academy and from the enterprise, and we identify good practices that lead to gender equality in the sector.
We promote the creation of a network between scientists in public and private systems, to promote collaborative research and to help overcome stereotypes around science.
FEMALE ROLE MODELS
We promote reference female models in the fields of science and engineering, to encourage scientific vocations of boys and, especially, girls.
How do I prepare my talk?
1.- PRESENTATION TEMPLATE
Download the template and use it as a guide, but feel free to fully customize it. Remember that students are between 11 and 13 years old, so adapt the speech to your audience. There are more materials to inspire you in the Tools section.
2.- WHAT DO WE WANT TO ACHIEVE?
The aim of your talk is that they know you: who you are, what research you do, how is your day to day. With your contribution you help us break stereotypes, generate curiosity and, finally, bring science closer to boys and girls. See the FAQS section for more details.
3.- CONTACT THE SCHOOL
When you receive the email indicating that you have already been assigned a school, enter the website with your username and password to access the school’s contact information. Share the content with them to adapt to the reality of the center.
